TRIOTEMP 400

Zinc-silicate coating

Fast-drying one-component material with zinc dust based on ethyl silicate. Coating is recommended for the protection of the steel surfaces from atmospheric loads and high temperatures (up to +400 °C).

It has good resistance to splashes from sea water, fresh water, oil and refined products. May be used as a repair primer for galvanised surfaces.

As an internal lining in tanks and vessels for brine, crude oil, refined products; suitable for insulated external carbon or stainless steel surfaces including equipment and pipework. Suitable for use at up to 180°C operating temperature (Dry Heat). Maximum temperature under insulation 150°C.
